MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) – Psychological Well being had develop into a spotlight for workers and college students at West Virginia College after a sudden loss of life on campus.

WVU college students raised their issues about how the universitycurrently dealt with Psychological Well being.

The Scholar Authorities Affiliation held a Psychological Well being City Corridor on Zoom for college kids and employees to debate the subject.

Earlier than the assembly Dean of College students, Corey Farris shared he was conscious of complaints which have surgaced relating to Psychological Well being on campus.

“We heard our college students loud and clear. I’ve seen a few of these posts too and listening to them. One of many issues we’ll work to do is to get higher,” Farris stated.

The primary hour of the assembly was for college kids to speak their ideas and modifications that they needed to see.

Many college students shared that they weren’t snug with the care that’s presently being supplied by the Carruth Heart on campus.

Scholar, Emma Adams talked a couple of petition on social media asking for assist in addressing these issues.
